EyeCandyVids respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of everyone who uses the platform. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, how to respond if your material is removed, and what happens to repeat infringers.
EyeCandyVids is an online service provider that hosts material uploaded by independent creators. We do not review every upload before publication for copyright ownership. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512.

If we receive a valid counter-notification we will forward it to the person who submitted the original notice and advise them that we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices of claimed infringement are subject to escalating action, up to and including permanent termination and forfeiture of any unpaid balance associated with the infringing material. We reserve the right to terminate an account immediately in cases of clear, wilful or large-scale infringement.
