Report Abuse or Request Content Removal

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Email [email protected]. Reports involving a person under 18 or content published without consent are handled before everything else, and we remove the reported content from public view immediately on receipt while we review it.

One address handles every kind of report. You do not need a particular form of words or to know which policy applies. Tell us the link and what is wrong, and we will take it from there. We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.

A short subject-line prefix such as URGENT-NCII, URGENT-MINOR, DMCA, or ABUSE speeds routing, but a report without one is treated exactly the same on the merits.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency or emergency services first. Reporting to us does not replace or limit anything you may want to do with the police.

Intimate or sexual content of you, published without your consent

This covers content of you recorded without your knowledge, shared after you said no, described as "leaked", hacked, or stolen, recorded by a hidden camera, or that you once agreed to and no longer agree to. It also covers deepfakes made to look like you.

Send: the link, a timestamp if only part of a video shows you, and one line confirming that you are the person depicted and do not consent.

What we do: we acknowledge within 24 hours, take the content out of public view immediately on receipt, and give you a substantive answer within 72 hours. Removal covers the clip, its thumbnails and previews, and its search entries. You may withdraw consent even if you signed a release, and a creator's paperwork does not keep the content up while a dispute is unresolved.

Child sexual abuse material, or a performer you believe is under 18

If any performer looks to you like they could be under 18, report it. You do not need to be certain, and you will not be criticized for being wrong.

Send: the link and a sentence about what makes you think a performer is a minor. Please do not download, save, or forward the material to anyone, including to us.

What we do: we acknowledge within 24 hours and remove the content immediately on receipt. Where material appears to be child sexual abuse material, we report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by federal law, terminate the account, and preserve the material for law enforcement rather than deleting it. Determinations are made within 72 hours. Full detail is in our Anti-Trafficking Policy.

Copyright infringement

If your video, photograph, or other work is being sold on the Site without your permission, the formal notice requirements are on the DMCA page, and following them gives the fastest and most complete result. You are welcome to write informally first, and we will still look into it. A rough email with a link beats no report at all.

Send: the link to the infringing content, where your original was published or how you can be identified as its owner, and how to reach you.

What we do: we acknowledge within 24 hours and handle the notice on the timelines at /dmca, which also cover counter-notices and repeat infringement. If your report is really about content of you rather than content you own, use the first section instead: that route is faster and does not ask you to prove ownership.

Other abuse, harassment, or policy violations

Use this for harassment or threats, impersonation, publication of private information, misleading titles or descriptions, spam, suspected fraud, or anything else that appears to break our rules.

Send: the link or username, what happened, and any dates or details that help us find it.

What we do: we acknowledge within 24 hours and give you a determination within 7 business days. The rules and enforcement steps are in our Content Moderation Policy.

What to include

You do not need a lawyer, you do not need to prove that you own the content or appear in it, and you do not need to send a government ID, a photograph, or a notarized statement. We accept reports from the person depicted and from third parties on equal terms, including from friends, family, and members of the public, and anonymous reports are accepted and acted on. If we truly cannot proceed without more, we will tell you what would help.

If you have not heard back

If 24 hours pass with no acknowledgement, or a priority report goes 72 hours without a determination, reply to your original message with ESCALATION in the subject line. Escalated reports are routed to the Operator's compliance function at [email protected]. You may also write to the postal address below.
