Content that does not comply after screening process for all creators (signing agreements that stipulate that all creators and participants are consenting adults) will be removed. Notice will be sent to creators as to why content has been removed and which rules it violates.

If proof of consent cannot be established, or if the person depicted in the content can demonstrate that the consent is void under applicable law, EyeCandyVids must remove the content with immediate effect. If EyeCandyVids disagrees that consent is void under applicable law, EyeCandyVids may either choose to remove the content or must allow such disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body, at the EyeCandyVids’ expense.
